Cancel anytime. You can cancel Steady Premium whenever you like from Profile → Manage subscription. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee.
What happens when you cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account simply returns to the free plan — nothing you logged is lost.
Free trial. If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you won't be charged at all.
Refunds. If you believe you've been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll look into it. If you're in the UK or EU, you may also have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase; using the service during that time can affect how much is refunded.
Switching plans. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from Manage subscription. The switch is immediate and the difference is prorated.
