Your data is yours. We never sell what you log in Steady, and we don't use it for advertising.
What we store: your onboarding answers (medication, usual injection day, the symptoms you want to track, your reminder preference), your doses, daily check-ins and notes, protein grams, strength week check-offs, and an optional protein goal. Only what you choose to enter.
Where it lives: on secure servers in the EU, in your own account. Every entry is tied to your account, and our access checks only ever return your rows to you when you're signed in. Your password is checked by our sign-in provider, so we can't read it.
Accounts: you sign up with an email address and a password. We email you a link to confirm your address when you sign up, and a reset link if you ask for one. Those emails go to the address you give us and nowhere else.
Payments: your card details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store them. We keep a small record of your plan (which plan it is, whether it's active, when it renews or ends, and the currency) so premium features unlock for you.
Reports: a doctor-ready report is only made when you tap to create one. Nothing is sent anywhere by itself — you choose whether to print it or share it.
Demo mode: if you try Steady with sample data, that stays on this device and isn't uploaded anywhere.
Deleting: go to Profile → Delete my account and all my data. Your account and every entry are removed straight away. You can also ask us at the email below.
